Jodi Nash is a trained parent and relationship coach and the founder of NeuroAttachment. Her work is based on a simple idea: most of the patterns we feel stuck in are not flaws—they are learned responses from our nervous system. Using tools from neuroscience and attachment theory, she helps families, couples, and organizations build more clarity, stronger connection, and better relationships.
Jodi has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counselor Education from Cleveland State University. She has nearly 20 years of experience working with and supporting families. She brings both professional knowledge and real-life experience to her work. As a wife and mom in a blended family with four children, she understands how different people can think, feel, and experience the world. She also knows how much the right tools and language can improve those relationships.
For many years, Jodi has worked in school leadership. She has designed behavior systems, supported student mental health, and built strong relationships with parents and staff. This experience shaped her work and still influences how she coaches today.
In addition to coaching individuals and couples, Jodi works with schools and organizations. She helps teams create clear expectations, improve communication, and build systems that truly support people. Her approach is practical, skill-based, and grounded in how people regulate emotions, connect with others, and grow.
Jodi does not offer therapy. Instead, she provides coaching, education, and tools that help people respond to stress, conflict, and big emotions with more honesty, courage, and connection.
