The NeuroAttachment Framework

The science of human connection.
The power of relationships.
The potential in every person.

NeuroAttachment helps people see how stress, relationships, experiences, and environments can shape behavior and performance. It turns research into useful ways to respond, strengthens relationships through greater clarity, and helps people develop the abilities to regulate, relate, learn, adapt, and contribute.

The Problem We Help Solve

Capacity and access are not always the same.

NeuroAttachment addresses the gap between what people are capable of and what they can access in the moment. It helps people identify what may be limiting that access, set informed expectations, and respond in ways that strengthen relationships, accountability, and future capacity.

The goal is not to lower expectations. It is to make them informed, responsible, and developmentally appropriate.

The NeuroAttachment Difference

Understanding that leads to responsible action.

NeuroAttachment looks beyond the visible behavior or performance problem to see what may be shaping it. By bringing stress, relationships, meaning, culture, and systems into one connected view, it helps people respond with accountability, strengthen relationships, and develop the capacities needed for what comes next.

01

Curiosity before judgment.

Curiosity begins when we become willing to look beneath what is immediately visible.

02

Compassion with accountability.

Human dignity and responsible action belong in the same conversation.

03

Science in service of people.

Research matters most when it becomes useful in real relationships and decisions.

04

Relationships as a central vehicle of change.

Development is supported by the conditions we create with and around one another.

Framework at a Glance

A connected framework for developing human capacity.

The NeuroAttachment Framework is organized around six connected layers: Purpose, Foundational Principles, Dimensions, How Change Develops, How the Framework Becomes Practice, and Outcomes.

For Organizations & Human Performance

The relational dimension of readiness and performance.

People do not access knowledge, judgment, or training in isolation. Performance can be influenced by current physiological state, trust, shared meaning, leadership, team relationships, and the systems surrounding the work.

NeuroAttachment complements existing performance expertise by helping organizations strengthen the human conditions that influence how people communicate, adapt, recover, take responsibility, and perform under pressure.

Developmental Dimensions Assessment

A more precise place to begin.

The Developmental Dimensions Assessment provides a contextual snapshot of the capacities a person or group can access and demonstrate right now. It identifies strengths, emerging abilities, and conditions that may support growth, allowing each NeuroAttachment engagement to be specialized to the people, setting, and goals involved. It is designed to guide development.

About the Founder

Meet Jodi Nash, M.Ed.

Human Performance & Relationship Resilience Consultant

Jodi Nash is the founder of NeuroAttachment. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in K–12 education, a background in psychology, and graduate training in school counseling, she created NeuroAttachment to help people connect what science teaches us about human development with what we do in everyday relationships, leadership, education, and organizational life.

Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: understanding changes how we respond, and relationships create the conditions in which growth becomes possible.
